1. What are bouncy castles made of?

          Usually bouncy castles are made of commercial grade PVC fabric (Plato brand) which means they are much heavier than nylon bouncy castles. They will be safer and less likely to be knocked over or blown away in windy weather. (We don't recommend setting up bouncy castles in the wind.) And the PVC fabric is not easy to scratch and easy to clean.

2. How many children can bounce at the same time?

          It depends on the size of the bouncy castle. If the area of the castle is around 12-20 square meters, up to 5 children can safely bounce on the bouncy castle at the same time.

3. Is it safe for kids to jump?

          Yes! Bouncy castles are safer than trampolines. For safety reasons, young children should be supervised at all times, and try not to let children of different ages play together.

4. Can I customize the colors of the bouncy castles?

         Yes, we have PVC fabrics in two different thicknesses, 0.52mm and 0.45mm. Each thickness has a different color for you to choose from.

5. What is the packaging of the bouncy castle?

        Usually we roll up the bouncy castle and wrap it in tarp or PVC.

6. Will the bouncy castle be equipped with a blower?

        Yes, we will have blowers for the bouncy castle. The number of blowers will be adjusted according to the size of the bouncy castle.

7. My bouncy castle has two tubes, which one is for inflation?

        The bouncy castle will have a long material tube that connects to the blower, and a small material tube that should be tied. This outlet is used to aid in bleed air and must not be connected to a second blower. The blower provided is specific to this item, you must not use any other inflation aids or higher powered blowers to inflate your garden bouncy castle.

8. How to clean the bouncy castle?

        For stains, we recommend cleaning with water and a soft brush. We do not recommend the use of cleaning agents or chemicals of any kind as this may cause irreparable damage to the inflatable device.

        For some stubborn stains, we can wash with soapy water. After removing the stains, we must wipe the soapy water remaining on the surface of the bouncy castle with a clean damp cloth, and then dry the bouncy castle.

9. What should I do if the bouncy castle is moldy?

       For mold, we can use diluted bleach to clean it. We can stick bleach soaked kitchen paper on the mildew, wait 10-15 minutes, then wipe the mildew off with kitchen paper. Then wipe the bouncy castle with a clean damp cloth and dry.

10. What if my bouncy castle breaks?

       When we send you the bouncy castle, we'll give you a repair kit that includes some small pieces of PVC fabric and glue. And we will provide repair methods, you can repair according to specific steps.

11. Do we have to keep the blower on all the time?

        Yes, bouncy castles are not completely airtight and air will slowly leak out of the sewing thread. Bouncy Castles operate with a constant airflow, which means the blower must always be on when using the item.

12. How to store the bouncy castle?

        After you unpack your bouncy castle, please keep our original bag for future use.

        The bouncy castle can be easily installed and removed in ten minutes and stored safely in a bag. It is important to store items dry in a cool, dry place to keep the material in good condition.
