In August 2025, Pokiddo Atlanta officially opened. Within just three months, it gained over 1,900 members, with weekend party bookings already scheduled through April of the following year.
The planning for the New York store, however, began as early as 2024 — almost simultaneously with the Atlanta project. The investor was determined from the start: if we are going to do this, we will build a chain, and we will use the same brand.
The success of Atlanta validated the explosive power of the Pokiddo model. The launch of the New York store was part of the blueprint from the very beginning.
Now, this brand-new sports playground, located in the Staten Island Mall in New York and spanning over 4,000㎡, has officially made its debut. From Atlanta to New York, from one playground to two, trust continues to grow across the North American map.

In Februar 2026, Pokiddo successfully delivered a branded sports playground of over 4,000㎡ in New York, USA, marking the expansion of our North American presence from Atlanta to New York.
The project is located in the Staten Island Mall in New York at 283 Platinum Ave D300, Staten Island, NY 10314. This is the largest commercial complex in the Staten Island area and the only indoor shopping mall in the region. In 2026, the mall welcomed more than 10 new tenants and is accelerating its transformation into a “family lifestyle destination.”
This means stable family foot traffic and a steady stream of natural visitors, laying a solid foundation for the project‘s ongoing success.

The investor behind this story is from the same family that partnered with us on the Atlanta project.
Let‘s go back to 2017. That year, the Chinese business owner, who had been deeply rooted in the U.S. restaurant industry for many years, traveled with a partner to Qiaoxia, Wenzhou, to explore indoor playground projects. It was during that trip that he first met the Pokiddo team.
At the time, he developed a strong interest in the indoor playground industry. However, after returning to the U.S., the project was put on hold due to the pandemic.
But the seed of trust had already been planted.
Over the following years, both sides stayed in touch. He continued to follow Pokiddo‘s development and kept an eye on the U.S. market. In 2023, the timing was right. Both parties reconnected, and the Atlanta project was officially launched.
Why choose this particular time to build a playground?
The client gave a very honest answer: The next generation has little interest in the restaurant business. A playground project is much better suited for young people to operate.
And so, the 60,000 sq ft playground in Atlanta was handed over to the next generation of the client’s family — from design to operation, everything was led by the younger generation. This was not only a generational transition but also a cross-industry venture.
The success of Atlanta showed the investor the immense value of the Pokiddo brand partnership. He almost didn‘t hesitate: for the second location, he would continue to choose Pokiddo.
In early 2025, both parties officially signed the contract for the New York project.
1. Operations-Driven Planning
The Pokiddo design team divided the New York project‘s 4,000+㎡ of space into eight functional zones: Dynamic Trampoline Zone, Challenge & Exploration Zone, Slide Carnival, Climbing Zone, Non-Motorized Play Zone, Digital Sports Zone, Leisure & Support Zone, and Service Zone. This scientific zoning not only enriches the visitor experience but also facilitates differentiated pricing strategies and targeted management.
In particular, the design of eight party rooms, ranging from 30 to 42 square meters, directly addresses the strong local demand for family birthday parties and group events. The Atlanta store had already validated the power of the “party room economy,” and the New York store has replicated and upgraded this model in one of New York‘s largest commercial districts.

From the “challenge combo” of ninja obstacle courses and wall climbing challenges, to the “competitive twin engine” of light-up bumper cars and laser tag, to a diverse slide combination including transparent half-circle slides, diamond-shaped slides, Hans wave slides, and LED strip slides — our in-house design team provided an integrated 3D design solution covering equipment layout and interior finishing, ensuring every space serves operational efficiency and visitor experience.

3. Full-Cycle Professional Service Guarantee
From contract signing to opening, the Pokiddo team provided a complete turnkey service. The installation period lasted several months. We strictly adhered to U.S. market safety standards, conducting a 1:1 trial assembly of core equipment in our factory before shipment, ensuring that every bolt, every piece of padding, and every safety rope passed rigorous inspection — demonstrating strong end-to-end execution capability.

Before shipping the equipment, the Pokiddo team conducted a 1:1 trial assembly of the core functional areas in our 36,000㎡ factory in Wenzhou. From the high-ropes course framework to the load-bearing structure of the slides, every connection point and every padding module was pre-assembled and calibrated on-site. After the trial assembly passed, all components were numbered, disassembled, packed, and shipped. This not only gave the client confidence by seeing the “real thing” before the equipment arrived but also ensured precision and efficiency during the cross-continent installation.
The project team worked closely with the local U.S. management to overcome technical challenges related to fire safety, load-bearing, and traffic flow within the large commercial space, ensuring all equipment met U.S. market safety standards.
From contract signing to opening, Pokiddo completed another North American playground from 0 to 1 in just one year.
