II. Project Background: A Strategic Alliance
Nuwa Square, a significant urban development project in Ya'an (investment ~¥136 million), serves as the city's vibrant "living room," blending park recreation, cultural services, and commercial activity. Within this landmark, the POKIDDO x Panda Sports Dream Factory was born. This flagship venue is a prime example of a successful franchise indoor playground model, established through a joint venture between a subsidiary of Ya'an Cultural Tourism Group and POKIDDO.
The project's core strength lies in its powerful IP synergy. POKIDDO's iconic Australian kangaroo mascots, "DODO" and "ONEAL," join forces with Ya'an's city symbols, the panda mascots "Yaya" and "An'an." This energetic duo embodies challenge, vitality, and a love for sports and exploration. This unique IP fusion creates a compelling theme, significantly boosting the venue's appeal, memorability, and visitor loyalty. As a leading indoor playground equipment factory and operator, POKIDDO delivered this project under its comprehensive EPC+O model (Engineering, Procurement, Construction + Operation), providing end-to-end support from design and equipment supply to construction and ongoing management – a hallmark of top commercial playground companies.
III. Project Design: Maximizing Space & Experience

The venue presented unique design challenges: a fan-shaped, three-level structure (each ~4.2-4.5m high, total central height ~14m) with limited internal connectivity. Overcoming this required ingenious spatial planning to integrate high and low zones seamlessly.
Master Plan Innovation: Leveraging existing columns, designers created a double-layer high-altitude expansion course and zipline in the soaring 13.5m zone. This maximized vertical space and created a visually stunning landmark that naturally guides visitor flow. The entrance features an eye-catching "Screaming Slide" combination, instantly igniting the desire for adventure. A central 10-meter-high, multi-level 3D maze strategically links the ground level to the 2nd-floor fitness area and 3rd-floor TAG arena. Braving the maze leads to the ultimate thrill: a 12-meter-high descent via a high-speed slide barrel straight back to the ground. Lower levels integrate diverse attractions like laser tag (real CS), TAG competition, trampolines, bowling, and digital sports, ensuring engagement for all ages – a key strength for any business indoor playground.
Strategic Zoning: The venue is meticulously divided into zones: Service Area, Rock Climbing (Bouldering, Cube, Competitive), Screaming Slide, Expansion Challenge, Dynamic Trampoline, Digital Sports, Comprehensive Fitness, TAG Competition, Real CS Laser Tag, and Rest Area/Party Room. This logical flow enhances the guest experience and optimizes operational efficiency – crucial for successful indoor play area set up.

The project was delivered within a tight 60-day timeframe. To meet the deadline, POKIDDO's installation team worked concurrently or in shifts with the construction and fit-out crews. Rigorous on-site quality control, adhering strictly to industry safety standards, was maintained throughout.
