Partner store managers and core staff can come and learn inside it: how a mature park builds its shifts, manages visitor flow, handles complaints, and runs parties. Learning in a live park does more than any slide deck in a meeting room.
Acceptance is not the finish line; it is where trust starts. From Wenzhou to Spain, Bao flew halfway around the world to tighten bolts, test the slide and check the netting by hand.
