After breaking the skin, you should first observe the depth of the wound. If the wound is shallow and only breaks the epidermis, just clean the sand from the wound. If the wound is deep and bleeding, clean the wound with tap water or saline, and disinfect the wound with alcohol. There is no need to bandage after treatment. If the injury is serious. Need to go to hospital for treatment.

2. Treatment of bruises and bruises

If there is no damage, rinse with water and apply cold compress to relieve pain; if there is bleeding, disinfect, bandage and apply cold compress. If the injury is serious. Need to go to hospital for treatment.

3. If bleeding occurs

Use clean gauze to press the wound to stop bleeding. After hemostasis, use 75% alcohol to disinfect the area around the wound from the inside out, apply sterilized gauze, and wrap it with a bandage.

5. First aid treatment for fractures

Determine whether there is a fracture: Severe fractures may cause symptoms such as pale face, rapid pulse, irritability, local pain and tenderness, swelling, ecchymosis, deformity and other symptoms.

· First of all, it must be fixed. A wooden board can be attached to the side of the affected limb, and soft items such as cotton or towels can be placed between the wooden board and the limb. Then tie it with a belt, with appropriate tightness. The board should have two joints above and below the fracture site. Only when the joint is fixed can the affected limb be completely fixed. If there are no wooden boards, umbrellas, newspaper rolls, branches, etc. can be used instead.

· If an open fracture with a skin break is bleeding seriously, you can use clean sterilized gauze for compression, and use a splint outside the gauze. If compression cannot stop the bleeding, you can use a tourniquet, and mark the hemostatic time on the tourniquet (120 First Aid).

6. First aid treatment for dislocation

To determine whether it is dislocated, the symptoms are: the hand hangs down weakly; it is unable to hold things, and it is more painful than a fracture.

First Aid Treatment: Easily respond within two hours. You can fold a scarf into a triangle and hang the phone around your neck, but do not move the patient at will to avoid secondary injuries. Immobilize the affected area first, then apply cold compress, and send it to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.
