Although we currently rely on manual operations, we hope to automate this process in the future. This will enable us to quickly access information about a member's last purchase, amount spent, and items bought, which will prove valuable in maintaining long-term customer relationships.


We recommend that all Sports Park stores adopt this approach for new stores, although we recognize that long-standing operations may find it challenging to change their habits. Nevertheless, establishing this content from the outset will enable customers to become accustomed to our service methods. Additionally, this solution can be extended to future products, allowing for more convenient promotion and sales through our customer service account.
