Perhaps you have noticed that the recent "dual control of energy consumption" policy of the Chinese government, which has a certain impact on the production capacity of some manufacturing companies,and the delivery of orders in some industries has to be delayed.
In addition, the China Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued the draft of "2021-2022 Autumn and Winter Action Plan for Air Pollution Management" in September. During the autumn and winter this year(from 1st Oct, 2021 to 31st March, 2022), the production capacity in many industries may be further restricted.
What will happen NEXT ?? !!!
1st Different City have different kind of control. In Wenzhou City , today our limit is 20KW/day for our whole factory today and tomorrow, so we don't use lights at day time , and air conditioners are off to save some enery for production team, machines can only be turned on from 9PM to 7AM , it is crazy , isn't it ?
But this is only a START . And we already got a Work Plan for next 3 months which needs to be signed and send to government , in the plan the machine can only work around 10 days 1 Month we can do the plan within the limit of the electricity/month . Good news is we can choose which day to be off and which day to be on , and office can still have electricity energy . Bad news is that if we exceed the plan , our total factory will be punished and blackout totally. 2nd We can foresee that this will have much influence on the workers who needs to make money from working everyday , and also for the raw material supplier it will be a disaster. So in the future , the raw material price may be up because of this rule . 3th GOOD NEWS is that the shipping freight may go down because less containers will be needed in the near future , especially October . 4th Good News is that if you do something right away , it can still help . So , to mitigate the impacts of these restrictions, we recommend that you place the order as soon as possible. We will arrange production in advance to ensure that your order could be delivered on time.
Let's fight together. Some friends left me some questions about this restrict control of the electricity consumption for manufacturers and factories~ For example, what to do? What does this mean ? Production capacity will be cut down 2/3 at least in China by this rule! Good news is Sea freight will fall. If you are lucky to have goods already in your hand. GO GO GO !

For example, PVC supplier, Plato.You can check out. Imagine if all the material suppliers all work like this for the next 3 months . What will happen?
If you have orders already finished delivery ASAP in October because the sea freight may go down for less containers would be needed in October
If you have order in November or December ~ RUSH now to save money and time ~ Place order ASAP . The factory delivery time may be scheduled to 2022 very soon.
