Project features: Located in the atrium of the shopping mall, it enjoys a good high-altitude advantage and a dense flow of people



Project Background


As the operation manager of the regional landmark commercial complex, Mr. Lu is deeply troubled by the continuously declining foot traffic index of the shopping mall. According to the latest monitoring data of the shopping mall, the average daily foot traffic of the mall has decreased by 20% year-on-year, and the quarter-on-quarter decline has reached 10%. What is more worrying is that the store closure rate during weekends has exceeded 20%, and the vacancy rate of the core dining floor has climbed to a historical peak. This structural decline is not only reflected in the cold figures, but also reveals a deep-seated shift in consumer behavior: the main consumer group is accelerating its shift towards experiential commercial complexes, and the traditional department store model is encountering an unprecedented operational crisis. In this situation, Mr. Lu and his senior management decided to invest in an eye-catching project in the atrium as a diversion project. After comparing multiple options online and finally contacting our company, combined with the client's demands and the condition that the site area is limited but the floor height is relatively high, they recommended our vertical park project solution in Tai 'an to the client. This solution makes full use of the high-altitude part of the site. The core concept of creating stimulating and immersive consumption scenarios immediately resonated strongly with Mr. Lu. While acknowledging the project, professional concerns are also raised regarding the adaptability to the target customer group and the efficiency of traffic conversion. In this regard, our company conducts an analysis from the dimensions of the surrounding population composition, surrounding area analysis, and educational facilities.

There are 60 primary schools, 36 middle schools and 2 universities in the surrounding area that are close to each other

First floor (rock climbing, trampoline) :

2. The bottom mainly features rock climbing and trampoline activities, while also taking into account both challenge and fun
