Project Name: Qatar Children's Park
Project area: 500 square meters
Project content: VR, fun, novel
Project location: ---- Qatar
Mr. Chen has lived in Doha for many years and has long regarded Qatar as her second home. "The children here are really lacking a real paradise," she said, sitting in a cafe and looking out of the window at the Arab families playing on the Doha Waterfront. "Children from wealthy families can go on vacation to Dubai or Europe, but for children from ordinary families, apart from a few dilapidated balloons in the shopping mall, there is hardly any real entertainment space."
She did research before deciding to invest in a children's playground. She found that:
Population structure advantage: The proportion of people under 30 in Qatar exceeds 60%, and the fertility rate is as high as 2.5 (far exceeding China's 1.3).
2. Consumption capacity: With a per capita GDP exceeding 60,000 US dollars, parents are willing to pay for high-quality parent-child experiences
3. Competitive gap: The existing children's playgrounds are either small play areas attached to shopping malls or high-priced membership-based noble clubs
4. Cultural Demand: The Ministry of Education of Qatar is promoting the "Happy Learning" policy, and schools have a strong demand for off-campus practice bases
This is a very good business opportunity and has targeted the core consumer group: the inner side is a play area for children aged 3 to 8, the outer side is a rest and coffee area for parents, and some novel and interesting VR experience projects have been added
