The Pokiddo design team takes "growth through play" as the underlying design logic, abandons the shallow mode of "purely releasing energy" of traditional parks, and breaks down the three core educational elements of teamwork, competitive challenges, and archaeological treasure hunting into a perceptible and participatory gameplay framework

1. Teamwork gameplay

All projects deeply bind the conditions of "winning" with "collaboration":

Punch-in speed racing is not a single-person sprint, but a team division of labor battle (someone is responsible for climbing and solving puzzles, and someone sprints to capture the flag), making "teamwork" a must for clearance;

Desert treasure hunt plot-style task design (digging a spliced fossil → deciphering clues), forcing parents and children/peers to collaborate and promote, upgrading "playing in the sand" to a "team archaeological project";

Trampoline area, wall challenge embedded in relay race/cooperation challenge (trampoline dodgeball requires teammates to cover, wall challenge relies on "one person controlling the mechanism + one person breaking through"), so that "individual release" naturally turns to "group collaboration".

2. Competitive games drive personal growth

Reject "punch-in style blind play" and give each game a dual-drive engine of "challenge-honor" to stimulate tourists:

Use competitive goals such as "fastest clearance team" and "most treasure digging team" to transform "play" into ability training with a desire to win - in order to win, children will spontaneously practice communication and coordination, allowing "social ability" and "collaboration ability" to grow naturally under the drive of "wanting to win";

The "Fossil Splicing Competition" for archaeological treasure hunting and the "Mechanism Decoding Battle" for wall clearance are essentially "knowledge exploration + team competition", so that "observation" and "logic ability" are no longer boring learning, but buff bonuses in the game.

3. The best testing ground for immersive education

Abandoning the "pure entertainment scene" of traditional parks, reconstructing the experience with plot scenes:

The desert treasure hunting area creates the "Dinosaur Archaeology Camp", allowing children to dig and solve puzzles as "archaeology team members", turning "playing in the sand pool" into a simulated scientific expedition task with goals and collaboration;

All competitive challenges are embedded in the "archaeology branch" (unlock fossil clues after clearance, and exchange archaeology certificates for micro-stamps), so that "growth ability" and "plot achievements" are strongly bound. The more you play, the more you can perceive the "exploration value brought by collaboration".

After each collaborative team passes the level, they can unlock an exclusive honor certificate, upgrading the "playing process" to "growth certificate". Driven by "wanting to win, explore, and gain honor", children spontaneously complete the closed-loop growth of "collaboration-communication-sense of honor"-the design ambition of "burying education in the game and letting growth catch up with the pace of crazy play".

Project construction process

At the construction site in Qatar, the indoor temperature often soars to over 40-50℃, and the metal components are like red-hot irons under the heat wave. The installation team just unloaded the trampoline steel frame from the car, and the back of their hands accidentally rubbed against the bracket, leaving a red mark, and even the tool handles were hot and sticky. In order to work in the relatively cool time in the morning and evening, the team members entered the site in the dark at 4 a.m., and took advantage of the slightly cooler weather to assemble large equipment and other more physically demanding tasks. At noon, they hid in the temporary awning, wrapped the hot parts with towels soaked in ice water, and calibrated the platform angle little by little.

For a full 15 days, the work clothes of the colleagues who installed the project in the pocket house were never dry, and the traces of salt crystals on their backs were mottled like a map, but no one complained. They know that every screw tightened under high temperature and every joint soaked in sweat is for the children of Qatar to enjoy the joy of sports and socializing in the cool indoor playground. This professionalism that they silently stick to under the scorching sun has long been integrated into every inch of the carefully constructed space.

When parents see their children actively dividing up the work to dig fossils in the dinosaur sand pool, clapping and cheering for the team's victory in the trampoline area, and even bringing the story of collaborative clearance back to the classroom to share, they pay for the "visible growth" experience, and the repurchase rate of pre-test operation exceeds 60%. This small but exquisite sample verifies the three major commercial values of the "sports social ecology" model:

Spatial efficiency: 250 square meters are used to carry 5 major functional areas, and the double-movement line design eliminates dead corners, and the unit area revenue potential is 40% higher than that of traditional parks;

Educational significance: Transform team collaboration and competitive challenges into a perceptible "micro-stamp system" and "honorary certificate", so that parents can clearly see the process of "learning through play";

Cultural integration: Incorporating Middle Eastern archaeological elements and parent-child interaction scenes, it proves that international projects need to be upgraded from "equipment output" to "localized experience design".

Our Customer and Pokiddo team used this project to prove that the ultimate competitiveness of children's parks is to allow "sports value", "social value" and "growth value" to occur naturally in the same space. This small project of 250 square meters in Qatar proves that as long as "sports, social interaction, and growth" are combined into one, even the smallest space can stimulate people's imagination of "children's playground".
