A venue planning determines 70% of the design quality, POKIDDO's "No Operation, No Design" principle drove every decision. Therefore, before doing site planning, we will do detailed research and thinking. The first is the surrounding conditions of the project site, and the second is the spatial attributes of the site.

Hangzhou Pokiddo Sports Park has 1/3 of its area as a 9m high open area, not far from the main entrance; the site is relatively regular, but there are corner areas on the east and west sides. Therefore, how to coordinate and link high and low altitude areas and make reasonable use of the corner areas is the focus and difficulty of our design.
