Our client had a space of approximately 400 square meters inside a popular community shopping mall in Mumbai. When they approached us, they presented several clear challenges: the space was not very large but needed to attract children from 1 to 12 years old; the mall competition was fierce, so the new playground had to attract attention quickly; meanwhile, daily operational costs needed to be controllable, and it had to accommodate school groups and birthday parties.
During initial discussions, the client compared several different indoor playground equipment suppliers. The entire 400㎡ space was scientifically divided into several thematic functional zones, which are both independent and seamlessly connected:
Toddler Safe Exploration Zone: Uses soft padding and low-height climbing/sliding facilities, designed specifically for children aged 1-4.
Comprehensive Physical Challenge Zone: Combines small climbing walls, netted climbing tunnels, and slides, suitable for children aged 5-12 to expend energy.
Fun Interactive Trampoline Zone: Features multiple interactive trampolines and basketball hoops suitable for children, one of the most popular areas.
Thematic Role-Play Zone: Such as a mini supermarket and kitchen, encouraging social interaction and imagination development.

For visitor flow, we ensured parents have a clear, unobstructed view of their children's activities in all zones from the rest area. The play route is designed in a loop to avoid dead ends and congestion, naturally guiding children to move between functional areas, and facilitating staff management and guidance.
5. Design Visualization and Implementation
Before construction, we provided the client with complete 3D renderings, allowing them to "walk into" the future playground in advance. The renderings showed how bright, lively colors combined with Pokiddo's unique cartoon IP characters create a joyful and attractive atmosphere.
Equipment installation was guided on-site by Pokiddo's engineering team, ensuring every screw and connection met the highest safety standards. The entire cycle, from contract signing to grand opening, took only 4 months.
6.Shipping & Installation Phase
All equipment was manufactured and underwent stringent quality inspection at our own factory before being shipped to Mumbai, India, using an optimized modular packaging system. To meet the specific requirements of a mall installation—such as limited construction hours and the need for a quiet, rapid process—our patented modular system proved to be a significant advantage.
We dispatched a team of professional engineers to the site to provide full guidance. They worked in close coordination with the client's local construction team, ensuring precision at every stage: from equipment positioning and assembly to its integration with the mall's existing electrical, water, and fire safety systems. The entire installation was executed efficiently and methodically, resulting in a total timeline of just 4 months from contract signing to grand opening.
