Old equipment? Improve three areas to double low-cost returns!

Now, most traditional amusement parks are facing severe challenges: outdated facilities, single functions, loss of customer ... Traditional indoor playgrounds are often limited to basic children's entertainment, and the combination of sports and interaction is the new trend in 2025.So since 2024,many customers have come to us and asked us to change their traditional non-powered playgrounds. On the one hand, due to the obsolescence of the equipment itself. On the other hand, due to the pressure from competitors, most customers have no idea where to start. Now let's take a real case in Australia as an example to talk about how our project was renovated? In what aspects was it renovated? Why is the passenger flow so scarce?

Our target for this renovation is a trampoline park in Australia. In here,trampolines are very popular abroad. However, too many trampolines can seem monotonous, and the customer base is too narrow. Therefore, we suggest that clients appropriately retain the existing trampoline equipment while adding other types of equipment on top of the existing foundation.

We divide the reasons for the low traffic in the park before the renovation into the following three points

1. Single facilities, lack of diversity, and limited coverage of the population

The original facilities only include the trampoline park area (free jumping, dodgeball, performance trampoline), which is single and less targeted.

The needs of young children are not covered: there is a lack of safe and age-appropriate soft play structures, and this age group is an important part of the family customer base. Parents usually give priority to places that can meet the safety of young children.

2. Insufficient interactivity and social attributes

The original facilities, with only trampolines as the core, may lack scenes designed to promote group interaction (such as team challenges, collaborative tasks, etc.), resulting in a relatively isolated play experience, making it difficult to attract parents who focus on cultivating their children's social skills, and it is also difficult to form word-of-mouth communication of "group play".

3. Lack of themes and immersion, weak appeal

The renovated children's soft play area provides customizable themes to match the venue brand, and the climbing wall has themed rock points, such as animal shapes and UV zone luminous grips, which enhance the immersion of the scene.

High Altitude Rope Course

The newly refurbished playground is full of highlights. 


Firstly, there is the indoor play area for children, specifically designed for kids aged 1-12, focusing on parent-child interaction. The multi-level soft play structure here includes crawling tunnels, ball pits, slides and climbing cubes, made with high-density foam and reinforced PVC, which effectively absorbs impact to ensure children's safety.
