Bettaplay  Recently Most ASKED Questions  Before Chinese New Year 

The following questions are from the importers and resellers or agents of Bettaplay Playground 

1. When is the CNY start ? Should I order before the CNY ?

Our answer is as following :

Workers will be back to home on around January 15^th 2022

Our office will be off around January 20^th 

And Chinese New Year will start on January 26^th for small CNY and Big Chinese New Year will fall on Jan 31^st 

So if you have orders before CNY or in March , hurry up .

2 How can I be sure the playgrounds are safe for children ?

Product Safety

Every betta playground was designed with the children who will use it in mind. All products are TUV certified in compliance to ASTM or EN1176 standards. We also strive to meet CPSC and CSA standards for product design and safety. Our facility is certified as ISO 9001 (for manufacturing standards of quality, production and installation) and ISO 14001 for environmental management, measurement, and evaluation.

We also had many test report of many different products , if you want to see more detailed certification contact us freely .

2nd 

Installation Area Safety 

An area for playground must be safe and if for indoor usually we suggest use wall soft paddings and corner soft paddings to avoid bump to the head

And also safety flooring for e.g.  EVA soft flooring mat 

Soft buffering like inflatable mat and foam pit etc. Are great for high altitude game safety flooring .  

For outdoor , safety flooring like sand pit , rubber flooring , sports flooring and artificial grass etc. Are suggested . 

3rd Operation . 

In operation , a kindly reminding of playing rules are very important . 

And some games of high altitude really needs safety guy to remind kids of safety rules . 

4th Player , some items needs to limit the age of the player . 

Player of special situation like pregnant, or heart disease etc. Can not be allowed to play some dangerous game . 

And also some special game like professional trampoline , if you want to walk on the wall you need special training before playing.
