Outdoor gym equipment would be such a good choice for parks and public areas of any apartment building or communities .

        The classic galvanized pipes made fitness equipment was trendy in the past years ,and really sold a lot because of its pretty price, however ,

Wood-plastic composites (WPCs) are composite materials made of wood fiber/wood flour and thermoplastic(s) such as polythene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or polylactic acid (PLA).

In addition to wood fiber and plastic, WPCs can also contain other ligno-cellulosic and/or inorganic filler materials. WPCs are a subset of a larger category of materials called natural fiber plastic composites (NFPCs), which  may contain no celllulose fiber fillers such as pulp fibers , peanut hulls ,straw,digestate ,etc,

          Also sometimes known as Composite Timber, WPCs are still new playground material.

 The most widespread use of WPCs is in outdoor deck floors, but it is also used for railings, fences,  park benches etc. 

WPC is more environmentally friendly and requires less maintenance than the alternatives of solid wood treated with preservatives or solid wood of rot-resistant species, 

which can be molded with or without simulated wood grain details.

Thus, we decided to do some new WPC for outdoor playground in 2019.

       

And first we tested and it was ugly like above,but we were so exciting , 

the playground would never ever get rust with this WPC material .

We tried many ways to change different kind of wood plastic material , 

and at last we changed the aluminum pipes inside, and mould the plastic wood composite as following and it looks just as perfect !

Also this wood plastic can be combined perfectly directly with our plastic powder coated platforms for outdoor playground ,

like following ,so as to lower the cost for customers :

And because many customers buys benches and fitness equipment and spring riders all in 1 order ,

 and we think since WPC can be great material for outdoor playground , why now tryWPC material in fitness equipment ??
