Game No. 1: 1 dollar and 50 cents

Preparation: A big space allow more 10-15 people to move around.

Game rules:

1. Have all participants standing in a circle. Each lady signs for 1 dollar. Each man signs for 50 cents.

2. When the coach say :”2 dollars”. All the participants should move around to find partners to make 2 dollars, and hug each other within 30 seconds. They can be 2 ladies ($1+$1=$2), or 1 lady and 2 men ($1+$0.5*2=2), or 4 men ($0.5*4=$2).

3. When 30 seconds arrived, those people who were left behind and didn’t make $2 lost the game. And should have a penalty.

4. Then, goes to the next round. The coach keep on saying different numbers and people try to make the numbers again.

Game No. 2: Vegetables Sit

Preparation: A big space allow more 10-15 people to move around.

Game rules:

1. Have all participants standing in 2 lines face to face.

2. Every one name themselves a vegetable names (like carrot, broccoli, cabbage, potato, etc)

3. Start from the first guy of the line. Let’s say he’s name is carrot. And he should say: Carrot sit, carrot sit, after carrot, potato sit. Every time when he says sit, he should squat (pretend to sit)

4. Because the last word was “after carrot, POTATO sit.” , so the person who named POTATO should say :”potato sit, potato sit, after potato, guard sit.” Also squat everytime when he says sit. This action should be taken within 5 seconds since the first guy pointed the name.

5. Participants can point any vegetable in the group, but if he/her pointed some vegetables which is not in the participants, then, he lost the game. Who didn’t catch up within 5 seconds, lost the game. Who says wrong words, lose the game.

6. The last one who remain wins the game

Game No. 3 Guess it

Preparation: Nothing

Game rules:

1. Divide all participants into 2 or 3 groups

2. The coach think about a thing in his mind, and tell the attribute (such as movie names, famous person, vegetables or fruits.

3. The teams should start to ask questions to the coach to get more clues of the thing. But the coach can only answer “yes” or “no”.

4. Each team take turns to ask questions.

5. If someone thinks he/her has the right answer can shout out the answer loudly.

6. The team who get the right answer wins the game.
