Customers often ask us one question: Would the stainless steel slide and the screws rust if the slide installed in a humid environment near the sea?

It's really great question and we will show you some videos and pictures to answer:

  1. The material we use is 304 stainless steel.304 is a universal stainless steel widely used in the manufacture of equipment and parts that requiring good comprehensive properties (corrosion resistance and formability). Can withstand high temperature 800℃, with good processing performance, high toughness characteristics.

   2. Some customers report that the stainless steel parts of some equipment they purchased in the past have rusted. In order to attract customers through low prices, some suppliers will use 201 stainless steel material to reduce costs.

The corrosion resistance of 201 stainless steel cannot be compared with 304 and other similar steels. 201 stainless steel rusts 10-100 times faster in acidic environment than 304.
