Pokiddo Advantage 07: Support That Runs the Whole Chain, Not Just the Delivery

Pokiddo Kuwait Store 2 is here. KIKI is already at the door, bringing the energy to one more city.
Equipment arriving and installation finishing is not the end of a project. It is the day the real business begins.
For a first-time indoor play park investor, the three months before opening are often harder than construction. Who do you hire? How do you set prices? How do you fill a Tuesday afternoon? What do you do when repeat visits start to slip? How should a birthday party product actually be built? None of these has one right answer — but each of them has methods that have already been tested somewhere.
For most equipment suppliers, service ends when the container ships. In the Pokiddo system, delivery runs all the way into operations.
01 Support across the whole chain, from recruitment to daily service
Partners who join Pokiddo get access to the head office operating system along the entire chain, covering every stage that decides whether a park works:
Recruitment and training.
Role structure, safety protocols, party execution procedures — completed before opening, rather than learned on the job after it.
2. Pricing.
Gate ticket tiers, birthday party package structure, weekday promotion mechanics — all built on real operating data from more than 60 stores.
3. Marketing.
The pre-opening warm-up calendar, ongoing social content, and practical ways to reach the local community.
On September 7, Myanmar's largest play park, Pokiddo Sport Factory, opened in Golden Park, North Dagon, Yangon — play for every age from two years old to adults.
4. Customer programming.
An annual event calendar, holiday event templates, and party product design.
5. Daily service.
Standard operating procedures, plus a regular business review routine.
02 Two ways to make it real: we come to you, or you come to us
Option one — our team on your floor.
A very popular Pokiddo in the Canary Islands — staff assembled, ready to go. The operating strength behind a busy opening.
For overseas projects, the head office can send an experienced operations team to site during the critical pre-opening window. Staff training, opening event execution, the handover itself — done side by side, not handed over as a document.
Option two — immersive training in Wenzhou.

Our own park in Wenzhou, where partner store managers and core staff train inside a live operation.
Our Wenzhou base is not only a 29,338㎡ factory. It also runs our own park — Pokiddo Super Sports Park. Partner store managers and core staff can come and learn inside it: how a mature park builds its shifts, manages visitor flow, handles complaints, and runs parties. Learning in a live park does more than any slide deck in a meeting room.
03 Partner roundtables: a working community, not a course
Acceptance is not the finish line; it is where trust starts. From Wenzhou to Spain, Bao flew halfway around the world to tighten bolts, test the slide and check the netting by hand.
Pokiddo hosts regular partner roundtables — small, recurring working sessions with investors and operations leads from different countries and cities.
How was the ticket structure reset in Atlanta? How was the repeat-visit system built in Kuwait? How did an older venue in Germany win its traffic back through a content upgrade? What peers have already tripped over, and what they got working, is usually worth more than any outside course.
Our view is simple: the best way for a park to grow is not to work everything out alone, but to build alongside people who take running parks seriously.
04 The numbers, with the caveat
Pokiddo currently operates more than 60 branded parks worldwide. Of those, more than 70% have recovered their initial investment within 6 to 18 months.
To be straight about it: there is variance. Payback speed depends on location, content mix and how well the operation is executed day to day. That variance is precisely why the coaching system exists — to hold it inside a range you can plan around.
