How to install an EPP playground ?

 

This is a real case to guide you how to install an giant Lego playground.

 

 

Our customer first asked to design this playground in April 29^th.

This is his real area size and photo：10*7.5m*3.5m(as following）

Design request the similar style as the following , has superman and a giant gate , size as the above.

Finally we finished and confirmed design as the following. 

 

Then we start production as soon as the customerconfirmation of the order.

We also send him the installations of the Giant imagination lego playground’s installation photos.

Then we loading the container and

The playground has 3 general parts to install very well.

1^st Let’s just start from the most difficult part , the house with slide

If we can finish this part first the rest will be as easy as a piece of cake.

Please check this house , it has 3 parts of difficulties .

1. It has platform

Platform means kids will climb and jump and walk on the playground, so it needs metal parts to be inside as frame.

 

 After put all the EVA mats on the floor, we put the metal frame on the floor and then put the platform on the metal frame.

Don’t forget to fix the bottom of the platform in green with the holes of the platform , so it will be more durable and can’t be moved easily.

2. It has slides

1^st find the connector of the slide, it is made to connect the 6 of the teeth of the blocks.

 

Now the connector is ready for the slide.

Insert the slide in the connector.

 

3. This is really a nice place for giant Lego playground , don’t you think so ?

It has rocks. So how to install the climbing holders to the giant EPP climbing steps ?

1^st we need to draw the holes location on the steps .

 

 

2^nd , we need to make a hole on the steps with a drill, the holes can’t be too big or too small, just the same size as the diameter of the screws .

3^rd  Put the screws inside the hole.

 4^th Upside down the step and find the screw and put the hats on the screw to fix the climbing holders on the giant Lego step block.

 

2^nd part is  giant lego playground parts , which can just do like lego building blocks, only the sizes are giant . We have instruction to go with each design as soon as the order confirmed .

2^nd is FENCE AND MAZE,JUST DO THE BLOCKS LIKE LEGO PLAYGROUND AS FOLLOWING.
