Yes! Our design experts can take your site-specific measurements and develop a plan to maximize the play space in your area and in your budget.

2.Do you offer installation?

Yes, we have certified installers that have been trained on how to install our products. If you want our installation service , please book in advance. Ask your 

local recreation consultant for more information.

3.Can you help with maintenance?

We have a dedicated Customer Service department that will help you find and order any replacement parts needed, whether you are still under warranty or not.

4.How can I share my playground story?

We love to share your successes! Send us a photo and background of your playground experience and your project could end up in our marketing campaigns! 

We feature new playgrounds in our annual catalog each year and would love to include yours. Send us any press releases, news articles, etc. Very nice stories you

sent us will get a free gift from us . Contact us now, if you have any playground story!

5.What about safety surfacing?

Safety surfacing is required for any play activity that allows the child to leave the ground. Play & Park Structures offers a variety of surfacing options to fit your 

needs and your budget. Ask your representative for information on specific surfacing types or visit here for more information.

6.How do I choose my playground products?

Consider the age group and abilities of the children who will be using your equipment. Also consider items you know you want or do not want on your play structure. 

Do you want lots of slides for the kids or do you want overhead activities to develop upper body strength? Any direction you can give us on the front end will help us 

design the perfect play system for you in a timely manner. A great way to find out what the kids want is to ask our sales Team! Involve our team serving you in the 

design process and , to be frank, our team are likely to take ownership of the project before, during, and long after it is finished.；）

7.Do you offer custom design?

Absolutely! But let’s talk about what “custom” means. We offer pre-designed structures that you can see on our website and catalog. These Plastic Playground 

structures can are ordered as the pictures shown. We can also design a custom structure using existing products that will fit within your specific space and budget. 

And if the material of playground is wood, PE board ,stainless steel etc., we can also do more“specials”: a play structure utilizing standard equipment and special 

products we create just for you, such as a PE panel with custom text or a unique climber themed after your community history or some other unique event, send us 

your ideas freely .
