Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. Quality is our culture. We also accept payment by Trade Assurance in alibaba, which means full refund in case of bad quality or late delivery.
Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size you order. But normally,for a kids zone , it takes 15 to 25 working days to produce and also pre-install.

Q: what about the payment for Installation of the kids zone?
A:1st, if the kids zone is small, and easy to install,or our customer insist to install by themselves, we would pre-install , and mark each metal posts and accessories and take photos and videos to guide about the installation, you would also get a professional instruction from us.
And , if the project is big ,we can provide installation services as your requirement. We have the professional installation team.Installation costs are calculated separately.
