Mr. Han is a seasoned local cultural and tourism professional in Shenyang. He has been deeply involved in the outdoor children's amusement park industry for nearly a decade. He operates three amusement parks in the city, focusing on facilities and emphasizing the "natural experience + physical exercise" family model. However, the harsh winter in Shenyang lasts for five months (with an average temperature ranging from -10℃ to -20℃), frequent sandstorms in spring, and occasional heavy rainfall in summer have become his biggest headaches. According to the data, his amusement parks have an average effective operating period of only 6-7 months per year, with the off-season visitor traffic being less than 1/5 of the peak season. Although he has tried to add indoor small projects, due to limited space and monotonous experience, he has still been unable to make up for the losses in the off-season. "The weather is the bottleneck, and the business depends entirely on the weather." Mr. Han admitted that the demand for transformation is imminent.
