  This case study details how Pokiddo successfully delivered a 400㎡ indoor family playground in a Mumbai community mall. Faced with space constraints and a diverse age group (1-12 years), our team implemented a "Zonal Coverage for All Ages" design. The layout cleverly integrates four key areas: a safe toddler zone, a physical challenge zone, an interactive trampoline zone, and a role-play zone. This maximizes the customer experience within a compact space while enabling efficient management.
  As a turnkey provider, Pokiddo managed the entire process: from initial 3D visualization with a custom cartoon theme to the production of our patented modular equipment, followed by efficient logistics and expert on-site installation. The entire project, from contract to grand opening, was completed in just 4 months.

  All equipment was manufactured in-house, adhering to strict safety and quality controls. Pokiddo managed logistics and professional on-site installation in Canada.
  
  Crucially, support extended beyond construction to include comprehensive staff training and guidance on daily operations and business setup. The hub successfully launched as a popular community destination, demonstrating Pokiddo’s ability to deliver complete, market-ready entertainment solutions.
